Emu eggs are a seasonal delicacy as emus only breed and lay eggs during winter, with production lasting just 2-3 months each year. Once the season ends, you'll have to wait another year!

Each emu egg is equivalent to 6-8 chicken eggs and is often called the "King of Eggs" due to its rich nutritional profile.
