As our own food choices have become more diverse and mindful, we believe our pets deserve the same attention. What truly makes food delicious for them? How do we make this possible?

We use a process called freeze-drying to make our pet treats. Freeze-drying involves freezing the food and then removing its moisture in a vacuum without applying heat. This technique significantly reduces moisture while preserving the food’s flavor, aroma, nutrients, and shape—all without the need for artificial preservatives. Unlike traditional heat-drying methods, freeze-drying retains heat-sensitive vitamins and minimizes nutrient loss. The low moisture also means the products are extremely lightweight and can be stored at room temperature for long periods—perfect for daily feeding or travel.

Pets, unlike humans, have never needed seasonings in their diets. That’s why keeping the natural aroma and flavor intact is essential—it’s the key to sparking their appetite. In every product we make, we carefully calibrate time and temperature to ensure that the final result is just right in taste, scent, nutrition, and texture.
