3. In-Store Pickup: Visit our store during our regular business hours to collect your items. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you.

For Customers Outside Brisbane:

If you are not located in Brisbane and accidentally purchase an item marked for local pickup, we will refund your order after deducting any applicable fees.

Understanding Combined Orders

A combined order refers to a single order that includes various types of products, such as in-stock items and pre-order for in-store pickup items. We want to clarify how combined orders are handled at our store.

In-Stock Items:

If your order contains in-stock items and the total purchase amount for these items qualifies for free shipping (according to our free shipping threshold), we will process and ship those items as usual.

Shipping Costs for Non-Qualifying Orders:

If your combined order does not meet the free shipping threshold due to the inclusion of pre-order for in-store pickup items, we will take one of the following actions:

1. Contact You for Additional Shipping Payment: We will get in touch with you to discuss the additional shipping cost required to ship the in-stock items. Once the additional payment is made, we will promptly ship your order.

2. Coordination with Pre-Order Pickup: Alternatively, we can coordinate with you to hold the in-stock items until your pre-order items arrive for in-store pickup. We will notify you as soon as your pre-order items are ready for collection, allowing you to pick up all items together.

Please note that pre-sale orders may experience delays due to uncontrollable factors such as supplier shortages, weekend/public holiday closures, and other unforeseen circumstances.
