All of our product photos are taken within half an hour after the freeze-dried items are removed from storage. That’s why the images show the vibrant, fresh red color of the product right after it comes out of the freeze dryer.

However, once freeze-dried items are exposed to air and light outside of the vacuum-sealed environment, it is natural for the surface color to oxidize and appear darker. This is a normal and unavoidable process and does not indicate spoilage. Please feel confident and safe feeding it to your pets.

    Each emu egg is equivalent to 6-8 chicken eggs and is often called the "King of Eggs" due to its rich nutritional profile. Packed with up to 24% calcium, these eggs are also loaded with over twenty essential minerals and trace elements like selenium, zinc, magnesium, and chromium.
