Emu eggs are a seasonal delicacy as emus only breed and lay eggs during winter, with production lasting just 2-3 months each year. Once the season ends, you'll have to wait another year!

Each emu egg is equivalent to 6-8 chicken eggs and is often called the "King of Eggs" due to its rich nutritional profile. Packed with up to 24% calcium, these eggs are also loaded with over twenty essential minerals and trace elements like selenium, zinc, magnesium, and chromium. The egg white and yolk have a smooth texture and a deliciously rich flavor.

We offer two types of emu eggs:

1. Perfect Condition: Flawless eggs with no visible imperfections.
2. Imperfect Condition: These eggs may have slight discoloration, spots, or minor surface blemishes, such as light scuffs or small marks. Emu eggs have seven thick layers, so minor surface issues do not affect the egg's quality or edibility.

Each egg features a small, smooth circle at the top, designed to make cracking easier. Simply use a sharp tool like a knife tip to tap open the shell at this point.
